Web design & development

Websites your team can run without calling us.

Saintrac is a small studio in Miami. We plan and build marketing and product websites in Webflow or in code: Astro, React, Next.js, GSAP, Tailwind. Stack is based on what the project needs, not on a default.

You work with a small team from first conversation to launch. The team that scopes the work is the team that builds it. Websites are usually built with a CMS; rare cases are not. When the site has a CMS, if updating a page requires calling us, we built it wrong.

We also build our own products (all in development). That is how we decide what is worth recommending: we have already had to live with the same choices.

Who it's for

This page is for companies that need a public site their own people can edit, not a brochure they have to send back to an agency for every headline.

Typical fits:

  • A business replacing a site that looks finished in a screenshot and falls apart at the next breakpoint, or that nobody on the team can update.
  • A practice or brand that needs a CMS for services, team, releases, or products, without a developer in the loop for routine changes.
  • A company that wants Webflow when a visual CMS is the right tool, or a code site when performance, SEO, or application logic needs more than a site builder.

We work in English and French. Saintrac can create websites in both.

If you need a portal, billing, or multi-tenant software, that is a different engagement. See Custom software.

The business problem

Most companies do not fail at "having a website." They fail at running one.

The site is locked to the people who built it. Campaigns are assembled by hand. Type and spacing snap between a few breakpoints and look accidental everywhere else. Ownership is unclear: accounts, CMS, and domain sit in someone else's login.

A site you cannot edit is a liability. A site you do not own is a lease.

What Saintrac delivers

A marketing or product website, scoped in writing, with a fixed price and a real timeline.

What you get:

  • Information architecture and page design for the pages in scope.
  • Build in Webflow or in code. On Webflow we often use Lumos so type and spacing scale continuously instead of snapping between breakpoints. On code stacks we hold the same standard: performance, technical SEO, and when the brief includes one, a CMS your team can run.
  • A CMS, in the usual case, structured for the content you actually change: pages, team, services, releases, campaigns. Not a generic blog bolted on at the end. Rare sites ship without one.
  • Technical SEO at build time, not as a later audit.
  • Handover: your accounts, your CMS, your domain, and a walkthrough. After handover we usually offer a maintenance plan. No published price. Support is never the price of editing your own site.

Webflow is one delivery option. It is not the studio.

How an engagement runs

01

Get specific

A call, then a written scope with a fixed price and a clear timeline. If we are the wrong fit, you hear it here.

02

Build in the open

A live staging link from early in the build. You see progress as it happens instead of waiting for a late reveal.

03

Hand over the keys

Your accounts, your repo, your CMS, your domain, plus a walkthrough so your team can run it.

04

Stay reachable

Ongoing support if you want it, never as the price of editing your own site.

Website timeline: Every website is different. The timeline is scoped after the first call, in the written proposal, the same way we price the work. We do not publish a week range.

Technologies

Webflow often with Lumos; Astro, React, Next.js, GSAP, Tailwind when needed.

Ownership

You own the work from day one. Accounts, CMS, domain, credentials in your name. Repo yours. Maintenance plan usually after handover, no price.
