The business problem
Most businesses do not fail at buying software. They fail at using it.
Work lives in three places: a spreadsheet someone emails, a shared drive nobody updates, and a series of calls asking "what is the status?" None of them is the system of record, and none of them scales when the business does.
Retrofitting multi-tenancy into a single-user system, or bolting auth and billing onto an app that was designed without them, costs more than building the foundation right in the first place. The wrong start becomes the expensive middle.

- A stack chosen for the problem, not for the agency's habits. Egort & Partners' client portal is Webflow, Xano, and Wized. Ondavo is Next.js, Convex, and Resend. The stack is a decision made per engagement.
- Product and interface design for the empty states, error states, and dense states: the ones that only appear after the demo ends.
- Handover: your accounts, your repo, your infrastructure, plus a walkthrough of how to run it. After handover we usually offer a maintenance plan. No published price.
Custom software does not include a week-one staging link. The timeline is scoped after the first call. No published week range.
