These terms apply to your use of saintrac.io. They are not the terms of any engagement with us, and they are not the terms of any Saintrac product.

Client work is governed by a separate signed agreement. Each product we operate has its own terms. Where either of those differs from this page, that agreement governs and this page does not.

Read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. What we ask you not to do: copy the site wholesale, scrape it in bulk, or present its writing, design, or code as your own work.

The writing, design, code, and generated imagery on this site belong to Saintrac, except where stated otherwise.

Client and project names, logos, and marks shown in our work remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here does not transfer any right in them to you.

Descriptions of services, timelines, disciplines, and prices on this site are informational. They are not an offer capable of acceptance and they do not form a contract.

Scope, price, schedule, ownership, and liability for any piece of work are set out in writing and signed before the work starts.

Saintrac builds and operates its own software. Where this site describes those products, including status labels such as live or pre-launch, it describes them as at the date shown and they may change.

Using one of those products means agreeing to that product’s terms, not to these.

We keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is. Content may be out of date, and status labels and descriptions change as the work does.

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error.

We link to sites we do not control, including our own products on their own domains and third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your information.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Saintrac is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version then published.
