Intro
Casework for this financial practice lived across three channels: mail, phone, and a shared drive. None of them was the system of record. A client who wanted status had to ask someone who already knew.
We started with the public website. It opens on “Experience-Driven Financial Clarity”, with clear paths to contact the firm or browse services. Services and team content are managed by the practice in the CMS.
Then we built the part that changed daily work: an invitation only client portal. Each client signs in to their own case, the documents on file, the documents still needed, and current status. Webflow renders the experience, Xano holds the data, and Wized connects the two, so the practice can maintain site and app without briefing a developer for every change.
Access is by invitation only. The practice does not expose client files to anyone outside the client relationship, including us, so portal screens are not shown in this case study. Each client sees only their own case.
